Josh is the Founder and Executive Director of JJ’s Friends, where he leads the organization's strategy, operations, partnerships, and long-term development. Inspired by a childhood memory, he established JJ’s Friends to provide children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families free access to local sporting events.

Josh brings a professional background in Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market Strategy, with experience building systems, improving processes, and helping organizations operate with clarity and accountability. He applies these skills to developing JJ’s Friends into a sustainable nonprofit, building community partnerships, and ensuring that resources are used responsibly to create meaningful experiences for the families it serves.

As Executive Director, Josh is committed to building an organization that makes inclusion more accessible, strengthens community connections, and creates lasting memories for children and their families.
